About this role
Your Profile
- Provide client support for software and hardware issue resolution, conducting cinema visits for installations and maintenance, and updating hardware records.
- The candidate should have hands-on experience in Windows OS installation and configuration, SQL database operations, and basic networking including LAN setup and troubleshooting.
- Identify the underlying causes of application errors and implement solution.
- Monitor application performance, identify inefficiencies, and implement strategies to improve reliability and speed.
- Work with cross-functional teams, including internal and clients, to address technical challenges and improve application performance.
- Manage and prioritize support tickets, ensuring timely resolution and meeting service level agreements (SLAs).
- Perform regular maintenance, updates, and configuration changes to applications.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good knowledge of SQL Server (Installation, Backup, SQL Queries, etc) is must
- Knowledge of IIS, configuring Web Service in IIS.
- Ability to collaborate effectively and meet SLAs.
- Relevant experience in application support software tools or a similar role will be an added advantage
- Fluency in regional langauage
