Position: Executive / Supply Chain Planning & Demand Planning

Experience: 1 to 3 Years

Department: Supply Chain Management (OSD Plant)

Location: Hinjawadi Pune

Job Purpose: To support demand planning, forecasting, order management, and S&OP activities while ensuring timely product availability and effective coordination with manufacturing, warehouse, packaging, and customer-facing teams.

Key Responsibilities

Demand Planning & Forecasting

• Prepare and maintain demand forecasts for assigned products and SKUs.
• Analyze historical sales and dispatch data to improve forecast accuracy.
• Monitor forecast performance and recommend corrective actions.
• Support monthly forecasting and demand review activities.

Supply Chain Planning

• Manage open orders and ensure timely execution of customer requirements.
• Create and track planned orders in SAP.
• Coordinate with manufacturing and warehouse teams to ensure uninterrupted product availability.
• Monitor inventory levels and support supply planning activities.

S&OP & Performance Management

• Participate in monthly S&OP meetings.
• Track and report key supply chain KPIs such as Forecast Accuracy, OTIF (On-Time In-Full), and Customer Service Levels.
• Maintain and update master data in SAP and other planning systems.

Customer & Cross-Functional Coordination

• Coordinate with Manufacturing, Packaging, Warehouse, Procurement, and Commercial teams.
• Share packing lists and shipment-related information with customers.
• Resolve supply-related issues through effective cross-functional collaboration.
• Support customer order fulfillment and delivery commitments.

Continuous Improvement

• Contribute to supply chain automation and process improvement initiatives.
• Develop reports and dashboards for planning and performance monitoring.
• Identify opportunities to improve planning efficiency and data accuracy.
