Executive - Suppler Quality

Professional abilities:

- Knowledge of manufacturing processes like machining, moulding, fabrication, etc.

- Knowledge of new supplier evaluation & selection

- Process & system audits at supplier end.

- Root cause analysis , G8D , problem solving tools

- Supplier PPM analysis, planning & implementing actions for PPM improvements at supplier end.

- Documentation for supplier base management & quality improvements as per TS 16949 systems.

- Good telephone manner, good interpersonal skills, demanding, takes initiative, tenacious.

- Knowledge of software packages (Word, Excel).

- Measuring & improving process capabilities at supplier end.

Technical Knowledge:

- SPC , PPAP , G8D , QC tools, APQP, MSA, FMEA

- System development as per TS 16949 & ISO 14001 clauses & procedures.

Main mission -

Supplier PPM, Supplier development, problem resolution within agreed time line jointly with the suppliers. Development of weak suppliers through system / process audits & training. Compliance to TS 16949 documentation related to supplier base management & supplier quality.
