Role & responsibilities

• Manage chilli cold storage operations to ensure product quality and inventory integrity.
• Maintain accurate inventory records through timely stock reconciliation and verification.
• Coordinate material receipt, storage, and dispatch activities as per operational requirements.
• Monitor moisture loss and implement controls to minimize storage-related losses.
• Manage transport planning and ensure timely movement of materials.
• Coordinate and monitor 3P operations to achieve service and compliance standards.
• Prepare MIS reports and operational dashboards using Excel and ERP systems.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, audit requirements, and food safety standards.
• Optimize storage space utilization and warehouse efficiency.
• Drive continuous process improvements to enhance operational performance.
