Role Overview

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with 2-5 years of hands-on hiring experience who can independently manage end-to-end recruitment. The role requires someone who is proactive, comfortable working with multiple stakeholders, and can thrive in a dynamic startup setup.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles (Hardware, Software, Embedded, Operations, Corporate roles, etc.)
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, priorities, and timelines
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and networking
• Screen profiles, conduct initial HR discussions, and coordinate interview schedules
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience from first contact to offer closure
• Handle offer rollouts, negotiations, and joining coordination
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers and ATS data
• Support employer branding initiatives (LinkedIn posts, referral drives, campus hiring support, etc.)
• Assist with onboarding coordination and basic HR operations as needed

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
• Experience hiring for technical roles is highly preferred
• Strong sourcing and screening skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment
• Comfortable handling multiple open positions simultaneously
