About this role
Role & responsibilities
- ESG Data Collection & Reporting: Collect, compile, and validate sustainability data on a monthly basis; ensure timely submission on digital platforms and maintain audit-ready records
- Digital Portal Operations: Manage day-to-day operations of sustainability data portals, resolve user queries, and ensure data completeness and accuracy
- Site Coordination & Implementation: Act as SPOC for coordination across offices, manufacturing units, and depots; support sustainability initiatives, reporting, and compliance activities
- ESG Reporting Support: Prepare and consolidate data for BRSR, Annual Reports, and management presentations; support audit documentation
- Training & Awareness Coordination: Organize sustainability trainings, workshops, and awareness programs; track participation and maintain records
- Sustainability Initiatives Tracking: Monitor progress on key initiatives such as waste reduction, energy efficiency, and water conservation; maintain dashboards and trackers
- Project Coordination: Support execution of sustainability and HSE projects, track timelines, and coordinate with internal stakeholders
- Documentation & Audit Readiness: Maintain centralized documentation repository for sustainability data, compliance records, and audit evidence
- Data Quality & Validation: Perform data checks, identify discrepancies, and ensure accuracy and consistency across all reporting systems
Skills:-
- Strong understanding of ESG frameworks and reporting (BRSR, sustainability reporting)
o Knowledge of environmental data (waste, energy, water, emissions)
o Good analytical and data validation skills
o Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data management tools
o Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
o Good communication and documentation skills
o Proficiency in ESG data management portal/software
