Executive/Sr. Executive - Recruiter

Job Summary

We are looking for a result-oriented HR professional to manage end-to-end recruitment, stakeholder coordination, and timely closure of hiring requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to offer rollout and joining.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
• Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and manage candidate communication.
• Handle salary negotiations, offer discussions, and joining follow-ups.
• Conduct market mapping and competitor mapping for critical positions.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure timely recruitment closures.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate / Postgraduate in HR or a related field.
• Prior experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet hiring targets.
