Job Title: Executive / Sr Executive - Pharma BD Support

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand client requirements for analytical testing, bioanalytical, and preclinical studies.
• Review client enquiries (RFPs/RFQs) and coordinate with technical teams to gather information.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals as per client requirements.
• Support the Business Development team in client follow-ups and discussions.
• Respond to client emails and phone calls in a timely manner.
• Maintain proposal documents and records in shared folders.
• Update and maintain enquiry details in the LIMS/CRM system.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely submission of proposals.

Required Skills:

• Basic understanding of pharmaceutical research, analytical testing, or life sciences.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work with different teams and coordinate effectively.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Willingness to learn GLP, GMP, and regulatory requirements.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
