Executive / Sr. Executive - Mechanical (PHE /FF/ HVAC / Lifts)

JOB PROFILE

1. Mechanical Engineering Graduate with at least 3- 7years of experience
   
2. Handling day-to-day MEP works for Data Center / Commercial Project
   
3. Sound knowledge/experience of project management including but not limited to the following:
   
• Smart and energetic fresh or 3 - 7years of experience in MEP
  
• Ready to put extra effort and learning
  
• Good communication skills
  
• Good understanding of the scope of works for various subcontractors, studying tender documents like preparing scope documents, BOQ, specifications, drawings, etc.
  
• Quality and safety awareness
  
  
• Knowledge of software tools like MSP, Primavera, SAP, and BIM/REVIT will be an added advantage
