Designation - Executive/ Sr. Executive - Logistics

Location - Borgaon

Role Purpose:
To ensure smooth and efficient logistics operations across Borgaon, Saoner and Birkoni through timely vehicle placement, effective freight coordination, accurate documentation and billing, and on-time delivery, while minimizing delays, controlling logistics costs and maintaining service levels through effective coordination with transporters, plants, sales teams, B2B vendors and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• On Time Truck Placement
• Track of vehicle for all Movement till Delivery
• In-Transit Damage
• Freight Coordination
• On Time Bill Processing
• Transporter Discovery & Onboarding - Rate Transporters
• Coordination with interdepartmental (Plant / B2B vendor)
• Timely Communication to sales
• Timely Follow-up with customer for on time payment to transporter (To pay)
• Daily updating & Sharing MIS Report
• Freight Payment Tracker Report

Preferred candidate profile

Education - Any Graduate

Experience - 5-9 years of relevant experience

Product knowledge- Cement
