Executive/Sr. Executive - HR

Job Title Location Experience Industry Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and offer rollouts.
• Support onboarding and induction of new employees, ensuring proper documentation and orientation.
• Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
• Handle attendance tracking, leave management, and absenteeism reports.
• Assist in monthly payroll processing, including salary calculations, deductions, tax compliance, and liaising with the finance team.
• Address employee queries related to salary, benefits, policies, and grievance resolution.
• Assist in conducting performance appraisals, goal setting, and probation reviews.
• Organize and support employee engagement activities, rewards, and recognition programs.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, gratuity, etc.).
• Support learning and development initiatives, including training coordination and tracking progress.
• Prepare and analyse HR reports and dashboards for management insights.
• Coordinate with different departments for smooth HR operations and assist in HR audits and compliance reporting.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in MS Office, HRMS, and payroll software.
• Good communication, problem-solving, and organizational skill.
• Ability to handle confidential data and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
