Purpose of Position: To perform the assigned Job Responsibilities of Human Resource Department (Talent Acquisition) as per the established Company Standards.

Job Responsibility:

• Responsible for talent acquisition activities.
• To do screening of CVs received on web portals.
• To call candidates for HR details.
• To upload open positions as per approved manpower requisition form on web portals.
• Responsible for conducting overall interview process.
• Responsible to initiate monthly performance appraisal of New Comers
• To ensure that all documents shall be prepared as per SOP
