Executive / Sr. Executive - HR Operations

Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Operations professional to primarily support & manage Employee Life Cycle activities. The role requires strong system knowledge, accuracy, and process-driven execution.

Employment Type: 5-year Fixed-Term Contract.

Knowledge:

• Experience in a fast-paced corporate environment in the IT or Banking domain
• Strong multitasking and time management skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting

Skills:

• Good understanding of HR operations and compliances
• Hands-on experience with HRMS tools
• Knowledge of payroll processes and labor laws
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and data accuracy
• Good communication and stakeholder management

• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes - Hire to Retire including preboarding - post-offer engagement, onboarding, HR Induction, documentation, Probation / FTC evaluation, exit formalities etc. including cases of Voluntary abandonment of services
• Maintain and update employee records ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
• Assist in HRMS and other HR automation tool implementation, integration, configuration, and ongoing system maintenance.
• Manage Process Audits - IT & Non-IT & related HR Compliances
• Prepare MIS reports on headcount, attrition, attendance, and payroll metrics
• Provide insights through HR data analysis to support decision-making
• Collaborate with business teams, recruitment teams and external vendors to deliver effective HR solutions.
• Ensure overall timely & effective HR service delivery to employees and leaders.
