Executive / Sr. Executive - Finance & Accounts

This role manages day-to-day accounting activities, vendor payments, reconciliations, statutory compliance support, and accurate processing of financial transactions while ensuring timely and error-free accounting operations.

• Perform Bank Reconciliation and resolve outstanding/reconciliation items.
• Process and coordinate Vendor Payments as per approved payment schedules.
• Handle Vendor Reconciliation and Accounts Receivable (AR) Reconciliation.
• Verify and process Bills Passing, including:
• Logistics bills
• Contractor bills
• Employee TA/DA and other reimbursement bills
• Prepare data and support TDS Return preparation and filing, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
• Assist in GST return preparation and filing; hands-on GST experience will be preferred.
• Ensure proper accounting documentation, verification, and record maintenance.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal departments for invoice/payment-related queries.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and support month-end closing activities.
• Work efficiently on SAP and MS Excel for accounting, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with company finance policies and internal controls.

• Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Reconciliation.
• Good understanding of TDS and GST compliance.
• Hands-on experience with SAP and MS Excel.
• Good analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple activities and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• B.Com / M.Com with 2-5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Experience in a manufacturing/engineering organization will be an added advantage.
