Executive / Sr. Executive - EXIM

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Documentation Management: Preparing and verifying critical documents: Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, LC, Insurance Policy, Duty Calculation sheet & cross-checking of Checklist for Bill of entry/Shipping Bill ensuring 100% accuracy.
• Logistics & Coordination: Coordinating with freight forwarders/Shipping Lines, CHA/Customs Brokers, CFSs and Transporters for timely clearance, pick-up and delivery.
• Customs Clearance & Compliance: Handling & following customs formalities, ensuring compliance with DGFT policies, RBI regulations, and GST norms.
• Supplier Relations: Maintaining regular contact with international suppliers to track orders, preparation of Draft GRPO in ERP module and resolve discrepancies with communication from stakeholders.
• Shipment Tracking: Monitoring cargo movement (sea/air/road) to identify delays and ensure cost-effective delivery.
• Reporting: Updating management via MIS reports on cargo status, compliance, and shipment costs.

Requirements: -

• Experience: 3 to 8 years in import/export logistics.
• Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of HS Codes, INCOTERMS 2020, DGFT rules, and Customs Procedures.
• Systems Proficiency: Experience with operating ERP systems (preferably.)
