Executive Sr.Executive - Electrical- Maintenance

Role & responsibilities

1) Execute preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance activities for production machinery and plant equipment.

2) Perform troubleshooting and repairs of electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.

3) Maintain maintenance records, equipment history and documentation.

4) Maintain and troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs, SCADA systems,VFDs, sensors, and industrial control systems.

5) Support commissioning, installation, and validation of new machines and automation equipment.

6) Support maintenance of compressors, grinding Machine, blending Machine, RO Plant ,STP ,Solar systems, Forklift, transformers and D.g

7) Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for machine failures and implement corrective actions.

8) Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards, machine safety requirements and EHS policies.

9) Support internal audits and maintain engineering-related compliance documentation.

10) Work with vendors and service providers during maintenance and project activities.

11) Support spare parts management and inventory control activities.

12) Provide technical support and guidance to technicians and operators.

Preferred candidate profile

Education - BE (Electrical)

Experience - 4-6years of relevant experience
