;Roles and Responsibilities
- ;Create product listings on sites like Flipkart, Snapdeal, eBay, Shopclues, Paytm, Amazon etc. as well as our e-commerce site.
- ;Prepare large excel sheets with various prices and formulae.
- ;Coordinate with the production department for updated inventory.
- ;Address customer complaints on phone and email.
- ;Generate sales and meet targets.
- ;Coordinate with people at online portals for deals promotions.
- ;Ensure that all the products are listed correctly on all channels.
- ;Coordinate with operators (order processing) daily.
- ;Managing daily online dispatches.
;Desired Candidate Profile
- ;Office skills - Excel (Vlookup, Pivot Tables), Google Docs, internet search, etc.
- ;Inventory management
