Job Description Client Servicing (CSD)

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and establish trust and rapport.
• Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions through IndiaMART's services.
• Engage with clients through regular calls and meetings to understand their business needs.
• Drive renewals, upselling and cross-selling opportunities from the existing client base.

Role & responsibilities

• Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions as per their business needs.
• Handle client queries, concerns, and service-related issues effectively.
• Ensure timely renewal of existing client accounts.
• Drive up selling and cross-selling opportunities within the existing client base.
• Follow up with clients for renewals, payments, and other service-related activities.
• Achieve assigned sales, renewal, retention, and revenue targets.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate/B-Tech with a minimum of 9 months of sales experience
• MBA with minimum 6 months of sales experience
