Executive/Sr. Executive- After Market Sales

Role & responsibilities

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.
• Develop and expand the aftermarket distribution network.
• Build strong relationships with distributors, retailers, wholesalers, and mechanics to increase product availability and market share.
• Identify new business opportunities and appoint new distributors and channel partners wherever required.
• Conduct regular market visits to monitor product availability, competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
• Drive secondary sales through distributors and ensure healthy inventory management.
• Plan and execute mechanic engagement programs, retailer meets, promotional campaigns, and product awareness initiatives.
• Ensure effective implementation of trade schemes and promotional activities.
• Monitor collections and coordinate with distributors to maintain healthy receivables.
• Maintain accurate sales reports, market intelligence, and customer visit records.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order execution, supply chain support, and customer issue resolution.
