Executive / Sr. Executive - Accounts & Finance

Role & responsibilities

• Prepare, review & analyze day to day accounting records, financial statements, or other financial reports for assigned companies
• Ensuring Data Updation in Tally
• Monthly closure & MIS preparation
• Bank reconciliation daily for major banks and monthly submission
• Provide required details to internal/statutory Audit as and when required
• Resolve the queries raised by internal/external auditor on timely manner
• Provide the accounting data on timely manner for annual and monthly return filing and assessment of IT returns & ROC Filings
• Timely provide data to TDS / GST team for return filing
• Maintain proper accounting records & supporting documents
• Assist Finance/Accounts Team in routine accounting activities.

Preferred candidate profile

• Qualification : B. Com / M. Com / Inter CA [Preferred]
• Experience : 4 to 8 years
• Good understanding of accounting concepts
• Hands-on knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime & MS Excel.
• Basic working knowledge of GST and TDS.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good coordination, communication and interpersonal skills.
