• Role & responsibilities
• Responsible for regular maintenance and monitoring of Formulation production and Primary packing and secondary packing equipments installed in the manufacturing area (FBD / FBE/ FBC/ RMG/Comill/Blender/ Compression/ Capsule Filling / Coating / Blister Packing, Bulk/Bottle Packing, Sachet Filling, Cartonating etc.).

• Responsible for regular maintenance and monitoring of all equipments installed in the process service area for break free operation of production (Hot Air Units, Scrubbers, Vacuum Pumps, Dust Collectors, Process Panels etc.).

• Responsible for planning and execution of planned preventive maintenance in online SAP, co-ordination with user department and record the same in history card, Preventive Maintenance Status Label and Preventive Maintenance Schedule.

• Responsible to check the health of all equipments and replace or refill the required spares periodically to reduce number of breakdowns.

• Responsible for co-ordinate with user department personals for qualification and re-qualification of equipments.

• Responsible for co-ordination with user department persons for breakdown investigations and break free running of all equipments.

• Responsible for co-ordination with external vendors for the smooth operation of plant equipments.

• Responsible for maintaining the Daily Reports, facility maintenance and records as per cGMP requirement.

• Responsible to follow safety procedures like lockout, tag out, Permit procedures.

• To maintain spare part inventory and follow up with purchase department.
• Any other jobs as and when delegated by Sr. Executive, Manager, Dy. General manager and plant head.
