About this role
3-5 Years Education: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Site Engineer to manage on-site construction activities, coordinate with architects and vendors, ensure quality standards, and handle daily execution and reporting. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with construction drawings, estimation, and planning tools.
Job Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret plans, sections, and elevation drawings.
- Coordinate with architects and Head Office on design and work-related issues.
- Execute work accurately based on the given dimensions and drawings.
- Monitor site progress and update daily reports.
- Supervise site execution and ensure quality control.
- Prepare job estimates and track material costs.
- Enforce health and safety compliance at the site.
- Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery and execution.
- Raise material indents and purchase requests, and develop work schedules based on BOQ.
- Communicate with stakeholders via email for RFIs and follow-ups.
Essential Skills & Tools: AutoCAD, surveying, estimation & costing, project planning & scheduling, rate analysis & negotiation, strong written and verbal communication. Ready to stay at the project site/farm location whenever required for project execution.
