Executive - Service Engineer / Warranty - CBS & Fire Fighting Pump

Role & responsibilities

• Handling & resolving complaint for Moviboost (HYPN) & Fire Fighting product group
• Technical Service support for HYPN system to ASC / field service engineer / Customer for complaint resolution
• Booking & Execution of spares for warranty complaints
• Support & feedback to PM & PS for product improvement
• Coordination with supplier & internal stakeholder.
• Complaint review, warranty claims settlement, Complaint Monitoring
• Prepare reports on complaint trend, defect trend, resolution times & other relevant metrics. Present findings & recommendations to management in monthly meeting

• Special skills

1) Handling HYPN, Good Electronics / Electrical background
2) Knowledge of SAP, CRM Software, MS-Office, MS-Excel

3) Knowledge of Hydro Pneumatic Pump Systems, Building Services & Utilities, Fire Fighting Systems

4) Knowledge of PLC, VFD & Different type of Starting methods

Preferred candidate profile

2 to 5 years of experience in: Diploma/B.E.- Electrical/Electronics Engineering Installation and commissioning of pressure boosting systems Pump maintenance and troubleshooting Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) Control panels and electrical systems Customer service and site support
