Position: Operator -Production

Engineer /GET -Printer Cluster

Department: Cell Production Printer Cluster (3 GW Topcon cell mfg.)
Reports To: Cluster In charge

Job Purpose

To ensure Operate and monitor Metallization machines safely with target utilization., Handel and Operation of automations, Monitor and reduce breakage and downtime.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor Printer process equipment and maintain stable operating conditions.
• Operation and maintain Printer, Drayer, Furnace, IV tester and sorter.
• Operate Printer machines as per approved SOP.
• Ensure uninterrupted production during the shift.
• Monitor process parameters and machine performance.
• Monitor process parameters and machine performance.
• Perform product changeover according to standards.
• Support startup and shutdown activities.
• Verify process recipes before production start-up.
• Monitor printer process parameters and machine performance.
• Control silver paste consumption and optimize printing quality.
• Reduce finger interruption, paste spreading, missing print and alignment defects.

Qualifications & Experience

v Qualifications & Experience:

B.E./B. Tech /Diploma: Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics /Instrumentation /Automobile

• Years Of Experience: Engineer 3-5 years

GET/DET -Freshers

• Industry Preference: SMT / PCB/Electronics / Instrumentation industry / cell phone manufacturing

i.e., AT&S/ Syrma SGS Technology / HERMAN /Samsung electronics / LG / Tyco-TE connectivity /Kayne’s Technology / Dixon Technologies Technical Skill
