Executive / Senior Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Source top talent for various positions within the organization through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.
• Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify potential candidates who meet the requirements of the job description.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and ensure a smooth interview process.
• Analyze candidate feedback from interviews to make recommendations on final selection decisions.

Job Requirements :

• 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition role.
• Strong understanding of sourcing strategies and techniques for finding qualified candidates.
• Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with hiring managers and candidates.
• Ability to analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the recruitment process.
