Executive / Senior Executive - Warehouse

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure proper receipt, storage, and handling of intermediate materials as per SOPs and cGMP guidelines.
• Responsible for accurate dispensing of intermediate materials to production units based on approved batch manufacturing records (BMR).
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels, FIFO/FEFO compliance, and proper segregation of materials.
• Ensure that all material identification, labeling, and status tagging are done correctly.
• Maintain environmental and safety conditions in storage areas including temperature and humidity control as required.
• Coordinate with Quality Assurance, Production, and other relevant departments for timely dispensing and documentation.
• Ensure real-time documentation and entry in ERP/SAP systems for traceability and compliance.
• Assist in stock reconciliation, audits (internal/external), and compliance checks.
• Follow Good Warehousing Practices (GWP) and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  

Key Skills:

• Knowledge of cGMP, GDP, and warehousing standards
• Experience in handling intermediate or raw materials
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Familiarity with SAP/ERP systems is an advantage
