Executive/Senior Executive-Talent Acquisition

Role & responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for manufacturing plants, Head Office and regional offices, with a strong focus on hiring talent from the manufacturing industry.
• Manage sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals, consultants and other recruitment channels.
• Conduct CV screening, preliminary interviews, candidate evaluation, interview coordination and salary negotiation.
• Manage offer rollout, pre-joining engagement and regular follow-up to improve the offer-to-join ratio.
• Coordinate the pre-onboarding and joining process, including document collection, background verification, joining formalities and coordination with HR Operations/concerned departments.
• Ensure a smooth new-joiner onboarding experience, including joining communication, induction coordination and handover to the respective HR/department.
• Maintain recruitment MIS and track TAT, source effectiveness, offer-to-join ratio, joining status and other recruitment metrics.

Preferred candidate profile

• 2 to 4 years of experience in recruitment.
• Good communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with various job portals.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
