We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive/Senior Executive to support our growing workforce requirements across mining operations, beneficiation plants, metal processing units, engineering functions, and corporate departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for Metals & Mining business verticals.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, professional networks, employee referrals, and recruitment consultants.
• Coordinate and conduct initial screening, assessments, and candidate interviews.
• Partner with Hiring Managers to understand manpower requirements and recruitment priorities.
• Build talent pipelines for Mining Engineers, Geologists, Metallurgists, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, HSE, Operations, Maintenance, and Corporate functions.
• Ensure timely closure of vacancies within agreed hiring timelines.
• Manage recruitment MIS, hiring dashboards, and recruitment analytics.
• Coordinate offer negotiations, background verification, and onboarding processes.
• Develop employer branding initiatives to attract quality talent across mining and industrial sectors.
• Maintain candidate database and ensure positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Stay updated with industry hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability in the Metals & Mining sector.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, Engineering, or related discipline.
• MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage.
• Experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or HR with exposure to Metals, Mining, Cement, Manufacturing, Heavy Engineering, Steel, Power, or Industrial sectors.
• Strong understanding of technical and leadership hiring.
• Hands-on experience with recruitment portals and LinkedIn sourcing.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Experience

• Executive: 2-5 Years of Talent Acquisition experience.
• Senior Executive: 5-8 Years of Talent Acquisition experience.
• Experience in mining, metals, steel, cement, heavy engineering, or manufacturing industries preferred.
