Executive/Senior Executive - R2R and Controllership

We are hiring qualified CA/CPA professionals for an R2R and Controllership role with a leading Global Capability Centre (GCC) in Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Record-to-Report (R2R) and General Accounting activities
• Support month-end and year-end closing
• Prepare and review Balance Sheet and P&L accounts
• Perform P&L and Balance Sheet variance analysis
• Drive account reconciliations, journal entries and financial reporting
• Support financial controllership, internal controls and compliance
• Ensure adherence to US GAAP and global accounting policies
• Partner with global finance teams and stakeholders
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and standardisation

Candidate Profile

• Qualified CA / CPA with 4+ years of relevant experience (including articleship)
• Strong experience in R2R / General Accounting / Controllership
• Good understanding of US GAAP
• Hands-on experience with Balance Sheet, P&L and variance analysis
• Strong accounting and financial reporting fundamentals
• Candidates from GCCs / Global MNCs / Shared Services will be preferred
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
