Job Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, shortlist, and develop vendors/contractors based on work performance, quality standards, and safety parameters, ensuring adherence to budget.
• Prepare tenders/enquiries along with required documentation and review them with assistance from direct reporting employees.
• Check ERP-generated purchase orders for accuracy and compliance.
• Negotiate rates, payment terms, and delivery schedules with vendors.
• Conduct sampling and verification of new materials.
• Develop new vendors and maintain strong professional relationships.
• Prepare and process purchase orders for supplies, materials, and equipment.
• Manage post-ordering maintenance activities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Required Qualifications:

• Education: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
• Experience: 3 to 8 years in procurement & contracts for real estate projects.
