About this role
- Register MSME vendors on the RXIL platform.
- Manage existing vendor relationships and support acquisition/connectivity of new vendors.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for corporates and vendor relationships on the RXIL platform.
- Address operational issues, complaints, and escalations raised by vendors and corporates.
Customer & Post-Onboarding Support -
- Manage post-onboarding customer communications and resolve customer queries within defined timelines.
- Act as a point of contact for operational support related to buyers and sellers on the platform.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through timely issue resolution and effective communication.
- Handle authorization processes for sellers, buyers, MSME vendors, and corporates on a daily basis.
- Ensure compliance with operational policies, regulatory guidelines, and internal controls.
- Upload and reconcile CERSAI files and maintain accurate records.
Settlement Operations -
- Handle settlement-related activities on a daily basis.
- Upload settlement files received from NPCI onto the TReDS platform as per prescribed settlement timelines.
- Perform daily reconciliation of settlement files and identify/resolve discrepancies.
- Coordinate with NPCI, Member Banks, Relationship Managers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth settlement processes.
- Monitor operational controls and ensure adherence to regulatory and internal guidelines.
- Respond to internal and external audit queries on priority.
- Maintain audit-ready documentation and support compliance reviews.
- Identify process risks and recommend improvements to strengthen operational controls.

Receivables Exchange of India Ltd (RXIL) was incorporated on February 25, 2016 as a joint venture between Small Industries Development Bank of India (SIDBI) the apex financial institution for promotion and financing of MSMEs in India and National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE) - premier stock exchange in India. RXIL operates the Trade Receivables Discounting System (TReDS) Platform as per the TReDS guideline issued by Reserve Bank of India (RBI) on December 3, 2014.
RXIL is the first entity to receive the approval from RBI on December 01, 2016 to launch India's First TReDS Exchange.
