We are looking for a MIS Executive to join our Sales Administration team at Medanta, Gurgaon.

The candidate will be responsible for managing and analysing Lab & Pharma MIS data, preparing regular business reports, maintaining dashboards, and supporting the Sales & Business teams with accurate and timely data.

Key Responsibilities
• Prepare daily, weekly & monthly MIS reports for Lab & Pharma business
• Maintain and analyse sales, revenue, productivity and performance data
• Prepare target vs. achievement reports and management dashboards
• Consolidate data from multiple sources and ensure data accuracy
• Create and maintain Advanced Excel dashboards and trackers
• Perform data validation, reconciliation and identify gaps/errors
• Provide timely reports and insights to the Sales & Business teams
• Handle ad-hoc data requirements and management reports
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Finance and other stakeholders for data collection and validation

What We’re Looking For
2–4 years of experience in MIS / Sales MIS / Business Reporting
Strong hands-on expertise in Advanced MS Excel – Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, dashboards, etc.
Good analytical and data interpretation skills
Experience in Power BI will be an added advantage
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
Good communication and coordination skills
Healthcare / Diagnostics / Pharma / Retail experience will be an advantage
