Executive/Senior Executive-HR

Role & responsibilities

The HR Executive will be responsible for efficient management of employee data in SAP SuccessFactors (SF) and supporting recruitment processes. The role requires strong attention to detail, adherence to timelines, and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure seamless HR operations and a positive employee experience.
1. Handle end-to-end employee lifecycle operations including onboarding, documentation, confirmation, transfers, and exit formalities

2. Manage modules like Employee Central, Time Off in Success Factors (SF)
3. Assist in recruitment coordination, interview scheduling, offer letter preparation and joining formalities

4. Manage employee queries related to policies, benefits, leave and general HR matters

5. Support employee engagement, induction programmes and internal communication initiatives

6. General HR Operations
