• Handling of recruitment End-to-End Process.
• Knowledgeable in labour law and Liasoning with Statutory bodies like ESI, EPF, IF etc.
• Creating Policy Procedures and implementation,
• Training Development,
• Contract / Contractor management
• Employee benefits and compensation
• Canteen, Housekeeping Security Services Management
• Grievance handing,
• 5S Knowledge Implementation
• Working knowledge in SAP
• Exposure in ISO - 9001, 14001 and 18001

• Gender: Male
• Age Limit: 30 ~ 36
• Job Experience: 7 - 10 yrs
• Timing: Full Time

Education

Qualification: MBA HR, Labour Law,
