Key Responsibilities:

• Experience recruiting machine shop candidates such as CNC/VMC operators, setters, machinists, welders, fitters, etc.
• Strong sourcing network through contractors, job portals, references, and local channels.
• Experience in candidate screening, interviews, joining coordination, and recruitment MIS.
• Ability to meet manpower requirements within timelines.

2. Senior Executive / Assistant Manager HR
Experience: 5-8 Years | Location: Mahindra World City, Chennai
Preference: Female candidates | Immediate Joiners

Key Responsibilities:

• Proven experience in recruiting machine shop candidates and managing shop-floor manpower.
• Hands-on experience in plant HR activities, employee relations, welfare, attendance, and discipline.
• Sound knowledge of statutory compliance, labour laws, contract labour management, and legal matters.
• Experience handling audits, inspections, statutory records, and day-to-day plant HR operations.

Ideal Candidate: Strong communication skills, hands-on plant HR experience, and the ability to effectively manage a blue-collar workforce.
