Executive / Senior Executive - Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable

Role & responsibilities

• Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
• Vendor/customer invoice accounting, verification and ledger reconciliation.
• Record and allocate customer receipts and resolve on-account, unallocated and suspense receipts.
• Monitor receivables, ageing and coordinate for collection follow-up.
• Handle vendor outstanding reconciliation and payment-related activities.
• Handle related GST, TDS and Input Tax Credit reconciliations.
• Resolve accounting discrepancies by coordinating with customers, vendors and internal teams.
• Ensure accounting entries and reconciliations are completed accurately and within timelines.
• Support month-end closing and other routine accounting activities.

Preferred candidate profile

• B.Com with 2 to 3 years of accounting experience.
• Good practical knowledge of AR, AP, GST, TDS and ledger reconciliation.
• Good Excel and accounting software skills.
• Freight Forwarding / Logistics / Shipping experience preferred.
• Active, responsible and hands-on approach to work.
• Strong ownership, accuracy and commitment to completing work on time.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Should be flexible to work across both AR and AP responsibilities based on work allocation.
