About this role
Primary Responsibilities:
1) To organize and manage daily activities which include scheduling and organizing meetings and conference calls, including arrangement of logistics, meeting space, communications and catering.
2) To coordinate and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, all heads, provide effective administrative support to ensure smooth operation.
3) Participate in meetings and help prepare minutes and track follow up tasks.
4) Ensuring alignment and healthy relationships with stakeholders and communicates on behalf of the management
5) Keep track of tasks assigned to various stakeholders and do follow up with other support functions, business, customers etc.
6)Calendar management, planning.
7) Dealing with the Management's correspondence.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in field is required
