About the Role

As an Executive Secretary in the Vehicle Loans business, based in Mumbai, you will provide high-level administrative support to the Business Head. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently. You will be the key liaison for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth coordination and communication.

Key Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage the Business Head's calendar and correspondence.
• Coordinate meetings, events, logistics, and presentation materials.
• Handle travel arrangements and claims processing.
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Keep the Business Head informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities.
• Manage system approvals and follow-up on action items.
  
  

Secondary Responsibilities

• Assist with personal administrative tasks as and when required.
• Manage room bookings for the team.
  
  

What We Are Looking For

Education

• Graduate in any discipline
• Postgraduate: MBA/PGDM preferred
  
  

Experience

• 3–6 years of experience in executive support or administrative roles

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• High level of discretion and professionalism
• Proficiency in MS Office and scheduling tools
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
