Job Overview

We are looking for 6 experienced Executive Search to join our recruiting team and support hiring across the US market. The ideal candidates will have strong experience in Recruitment, Leadership/Executive Hiring, and Full-Time/Direct-Hire Recruitment.

The recruiter will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews, negotiating offers, and ensuring successful placements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for positions across the US geography.
• Source qualified candidates for Full-Time, Direct-Hire, and Leadership/Executive-level positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, candidate profiles, and hiring priorities.
• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
• Identify and attract passive candidates for specialized and leadership-level positions.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, communication, and cultural fit.
• Present qualified candidates to hiring managers with detailed candidate summaries.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers and ensure a smooth interview experience.
• Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process and maintain strong candidate relationships.
• Conduct reference checks, background checks, and other pre-employment activities as required.
• Negotiate compensation, manage offers, and assist with the closing process.
• Track candidate activity, submissions, interviews, offers, and placements in the ATS.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and recruitment documentation.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
• Work toward individual and team recruitment targets while maintaining a high standard of candidate quality.
• Stay current on US hiring trends, compensation levels, talent markets, and competitive recruiting practices.

Leadership & Executive Hiring

• Handle searches for Managers, Directors, Client Partners, Senior Managers, VPs, and other leadership-level positions.
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies for hard-to-find and senior-level talent.
• Conduct confidential candidate outreach and maintain discretion throughout the hiring process.
• Assess leadership experience, career progression, achievements, and overall suitability for senior-level positions.
• Build relationships with experienced professionals and passive candidates across relevant industries.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in US recruitment preferred.
• Strong experience with Full-Time/Direct-Hire recruitment.
• Demonstrated experience in Leadership/Executive Hiring.
• Strong understanding of the US talent market and recruiting practices.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and major US job boards.
• Strong candidate sourcing and networking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interviewing, negotiation, and candidate-closing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple positions and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Experience working with an ATS such as JobDiva, Bullhorn, or similar systems is preferred.
