Role & responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end executive search assignments for senior leadership, executive, and business-critical roles.
• Partner with senior business leaders and hiring managers to define role requirements, leadership competencies, success profiles, and search strategies.
• Conduct market mapping, competitor benchmarking, and talent intelligence to identify relevant talent pools and potential candidates.
• Proactively source and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, referrals, and targeted outreach.
• Build and maintain confidential talent pipelines and succession-ready talent maps for current and future leadership needs.
• Evaluate candidates through structured discussions covering leadership impact, functional expertise, career progression, motivation, and cultural fit.
• Provide market insights on talent availability, competitor movements, compensation benchmarks, and hiring trends.
• Manage candidate communication, interview coordination, feedback, offer discussions, and compensation negotiations in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Share regular updates on search progress, shortlist quality, market challenges, and delivery timelines.
• Ensure a high-quality, confidential, and professional candidate experience throughout the search process.
