Key Responsibilities:
Sales Business Development
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for the assigned territory.
Generate business through dealers, distributors and retail counters.
Identify new channel partners and expand outlet coverage.
Support market penetration and secondary sales growth.
Dealer / Distributor Management
Maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors and retailers.
Ensure order booking, stock movement and timely collections.
Track scheme implementation, claims and sell-through performance.
Manage stockists and ensure adequate inventory availability.
Market Execution Visibility
Execute in-shop branding, displays, product visibility and retail activations.
Monitor competitor activities and provide market insights.
Territory Operations Reporting
Maintain customer database and visit plan / beat plan.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports.
Track sales performance, market gaps and channel performance metrics.
Support local promotional and trade engagement activities.
Customer Relationship Management
Build strong relations with key trade partners and influencers.
Handle queries, service escalation and ensure customer satisfaction.
