Role & responsibilities:

• Generate leads through calls, digital marketing, referrals, and channel partners.
• Handle customer enquiries, understand requirements, and recommend suitable properties.
• Conduct site visits and explain project features, pricing, amenities, and payment plans.
• Follow up with prospects and convert leads into bookings.
• Negotiate with customers and support the closing process.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain strong customer relationships.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Should be Presentable & confident.
• Enough experience in real estate sales, preferably residential / high-rise projects.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
• Good knowledge of property sales, site visits, and lead conversion.
• Target-oriented with strong follow-up and closing abilities.
• Comfortable using of basic MS Office tools.
