Executive -Sales Support( outbound)

Role & responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound leads generated through Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, Website Forms, and WhatsApp campaigns.
• Make outbound calls to qualify leads, follow up with prospects, and re-engage inactive leads.
• Attend a large number of inbound and outbound calls daily while maintaining quality and TAT.
• Call and qualify leads within the defined TAT.
• Assign qualified leads to sales executives/distributors.
• Maintain lead tracking in CRM/Excel.
• Follow up until closure.
• Coordinate with sales and technical teams.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

Preferred candidate profile

1 to 3 years of experience in Lead Management, Telecalling, or Inside Sales.

Comfortable handling 80120+ inbound and outbound calls per day.

Good communication in Hindi & English, proficiency in MS Excel, and ability to manage high volumes of leads.
