Role Description The Executive Sales Manager role at Bajaj Life is a full-time, on-site position based in Kumbakonam. The Executive Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales of life insurance products, managing and expanding the local customer base, and achieving monthly and quarterly business targets. This role involves recruiting, mentoring, and motivating a team of insurance consultants, providing them with product knowledge, sales coaching, and regular performance feedback. The Executive Sales Manager will collaborate with branch leadership and partner channels to plan sales campaigns, conduct customer meetings, and organize local marketing activities. Daily responsibilities include monitoring sales pipelines, preparing reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory and company policies, and delivering a high-quality customer experience throughout the sales and post-sales lifecycle.
