About this role
Role & responsibilities :
* Develop and manage dealer/distributor networks in the assigned territory.
* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
* Generate new business opportunities and expand market reach.
* Maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, plumbers and key influencers.
* Conduct regular market visits and monitor competitor activities.
* Ensure timely reporting of sales, market feedback and collections.
Preferred candidate profile :
* 1 - 2 years of relevant experience in PVC Pipes, LLDPE Plastic Tanks or related building material products.
* Strong understanding of dealer/distributor sales and local market dynamics.
* Good communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
* Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
* Target-oriented, proactive and self-driven.
