The Sales Coordinator is responsible for managing Branch’s Order Management, coordination with Sales Team, Dealers and HO - along with supporting through analytical reports for efficient decision-making by the Branch Head. The role includes verification of PO issued by builders, special price validation as per approval, maintaining good hygiene in business process and adherence to company’s policy and guideline in spirit and letter. This position also involves streamlining processes at dealer’s end, coordinating between departments, and supporting team members with training and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate should be analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive in improving overall operational efficiency.

• Maintain the accuracy and integrity of data entered into the system, performing regular  checks to identify and correct discrepancies
• 100% Project Order Review within 48 hrs after checking quotation, approval, PO issued by customer and class of customer to ensure order is being processed correctly
• Delivery must be scheduled as per builder's requirement within agreed period as per quotation/ARC
• Project order and customer details must be shared with Customer Care Incharge
• Retail orders must be processed immediately with application of schemes, if any
• Order revision if there is change in product code or change in customer’s requirement or as per guideline given by HO
• Excellent Business Partnering by ensuring compliance and adherence to Dealer Appointment process; Communication with Project Customer/Builder w.r.t. price revision, expiry of price validity; extending support to JW team in order processing of old display items & material movement; and playing active role in Liquidation of Discontinued and Surplus Inventory
• Strong Trade Relation is required to be maintained with dealers. Dealer Staff education and training on sales policies, share material dispatch plan and handle dealer queries
• Coordination with HO Logistics Team to ensure Delivery as per schedule. Inform HO about urgent and priority orders. Do follow up with HO Logistics for timely delivery of products to dealers
• Act as the primary point of contact for system-related issues and coordinate with the IT and operations teams to resolve any problems promptly
• Business reports related to order and process hygiene are to be shared with business team on regular basis
• Quick and positive response to queries raised by HO

• Proficiency in data analysis tools and MIS systems
• Initiative to propose improvements and adapt processes for better results
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Access) and experience with reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Ability to adapt to new software and technological advancements
   

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience: 2-4 years of experience in MIS administration, data analysis, or a similar role; Experience with database management, report generation, and data integrity processes
• Skills:
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insightful reports
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments, with strong coordination and communication skills
