Executive - Sales & Collection

Role & responsibilities:

Handle vehicle finance sales and loan collections by sourcing new business, maintaining dealer/customer relationships, processing loan applications, and ensuring timely EMI recoveries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source customers for New Car and Pre-Owned Car loans through dealers, DSAs, brokers, and direct channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, customers, and business partners.
• Achieve assigned sales and collection targets.
• Conduct field visits for business sourcing, customer verification, and overdue account follow-ups.
• Ensure timely recovery of EMIs and resolution of delinquent/NPA accounts.
• Collect, verify, and process customer loan documentation as per company guidelines.
• Educate customers on loan products, repayment terms, EMI schedules, and settlement procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, collections, and customer interactions.
• Coordinate with internal teams for loan processing, dispute resolution, and account closure.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2 to 4 years of experience in Vehicle Finance Sales, Collections, NBFC, or Banking.
• Strong communication, customer handling, and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of loan documentation and collection processes.
• Local language proficiency preferred.
• Basic MS Excel knowledge.
• Two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
