Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and profitability goals.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular visits, meetings, and effective communication.
• Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Identify and pursue new market segments and channels to expand the companys customer base.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports to inform strategic planning and decision-making.
• Ensure sales performance, collection plan, re-order against targets and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and supply chain to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
• Provide guidance and support to junior sales team members to enhance their performance and professional development.
• Lead negotiations with clients to secure profitable deals and contracts.
• Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and legal regulations.
• Maintain up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market information.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.
