Role & responsibilities

• Creating Job Descriptions
• Publish Jobs on Internal Job Portal, Job Portals & Social Media Platforms, WhatsApp Groups etc.
• Sourcing & Shortlisting CVs
• Conducting preliminary interviews
• Interview coordination
• Support in salary negotiation
• Offer & onboarding support.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate with 3-6 years experience in managing recruitments
• Candidates who have worked hiring for Sales, Category Management or Corporate roles are preferred.
• Industry preference - Industrial Products, Electrical Products, Consumer Products, Retail, Telecom, Insurance managing recruitments for Sales, Category or Operations management roles.
• Should be well versed sourcing CVs through job portals (naukri.com)
• Comfortable operating computers
• Good communication skills
• Knowledge of using AI is preferred.
