Executive- Recruitment

• Understanding the recruitment requirement from Clients
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, job Apna, Job Hai, social media, referrals and recruitment databases.
• Conduct initial HR screening and telephonic interviews.
• Schedule and follow up on interviews to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
• Handle volume hiring, bulk hiring and multiple open positions when required.Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven recruitment environment.

• Working experience in sourcing profiles for Automotive/Mfg. Industries
• proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Exposure in creating Job Poster designs
